About our speakers:

Claire Shepherd Malins is a Senior Solicitor in the Commercial Services Division of Brodies LLP. She advises on key legal issues relating to information technology and intellectual property, and has a wide range of experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in this area, including IP commercialisation agreements, IT supply agreements, and distribution and licensing agreements.

Monica Ross is a Senior Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department of Brodies LLP, working between Glasgow and Edinburgh. She specialises in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on IT disputes, and assists clients with successfully resolving these, either through litigation or alternative dispute resolution such as mediation.
